Personal Success Australia (PSA) believes that coaches are special people. The person who will be a successful coach usually already has the qualities and skills required but these need to be heightened, formalised and fine-tuned. We have tailored our training and services to meet the needs of a variety of people who are seeking to enter this exciting and rewarding industry.

If you are starting from scratch we have everything you need to build a successful coaching practice. If you have already received training with another accredited coaching organisation, then we have the services that provide the missing link between having the theory to gaining clients and becoming a successful business owner. You chose the programs that meet your need.

1. "Dare To Be Your Best" Life Coaching Program

All prospective coaches experience 12 weeks of personal coaching with PSA. This means you experience the benefits of coaching as a client, which ensures you can effectively communicate that to others. During this time you become familiar with the program 'Dare To Be Your Best' so you feel confident using the methodology. Finally, it will be abundantly clear at the conclusion of the 12 sessions if coaching is the direction you should take before you make an investment in training dollars. If coaching is not the direction you should take, what you should be doing will also be very clear and you'll have a strategy to take you there. Either way you win.

2. The PSA Coach Training Program

Duration: 3 day intensive

This 3-day intensive that will give you a practical understanding of the "how's" and "why's" of coaching. This program will also be suitable for those working in other industries who would like to add coaching to their skill set.
