#OnTrack Coaching Packages
When you engaged me as your coach, you made an important commitment to yourself. A commitment to change, your personal growth and success.
People have different coaching experiences depending on a whole range of factors. The tools and principles in the #DareToBeYourBest program are simple, but can create profound change. Everyone leaves having reached the outcomes they planned for during that time. Sometimes people lose momentum or procrastination slips in. This doesn’t make the person a failure……just human.
As you’ve experienced, there are several factors that make coaching such an effective methodology. These include support, a non-judgmental space, clarity, increased self-awareness, an objective active listener, additional insights and ideas, focus and the big one….accountability.
I use a coach myself as I know how beneficial the above are.
It can be helpful to continue to use with your previous coach as during the months going through the Dare to be your Best program we developed a productive working relationship. Working with clients beyond the initial program is different in some ways. Instead of facilitating you through a coaching program, it becomes very client directed. We work specifically on particular areas and goals. You’ll also find I use additional coaching tools that are relevant for the areas we are working on.
The #OnTrack coaching sessions works this way.
We would have a one hour session either the first, second, third or fourth week of the month. So we book in for the same week every month. If you think you’d benefit from more frequent sessions (e.g. weekly or fortnightly) we can talk about that.
What do we work on?
Whatever you feel would be most beneficial. Some options are:
- Other priorities you listed on your top 5 priorities page in the #DareToBeYourBest program
- Any of the other 10 sections in your #DareToBeYourBest workbook
- Following up on existing goals
- Getting clarity, organising strategies, refocusing
There will always be action steps agreed to at the end of each session, once again, of your choosing. When we meet up the next month (or session) the first thing we’ll do is check on progress and/or completion. Having deadlines and accountability is most helpful…..believe me.
At least 24 hours before your session you email me a brief update and let me know what you’d particularly like to focus on in your session.
The more sessions you book with the #OnTrack packages the greater the discount.
