When you want to master a new sport, the quickest way to learn is to hire a coach. Then why do leading athletes still have a coach...considering they are top in their fields? They know how essential it is to have a coach that will give them the edge so they gain maximum results. A life coach assists you in the same way to help you achieve top performance, desired outcomes and success.

After your initial complimentary session, you decide the areas that will produce greater balance and harmony in your life and enable you to realise your true potential. During the 12 session program we can bring significant and permanent change in the areas of your career, business, relationships, finances, health and fitness, family, social life, giving or spirituality. This is what you can expect to happen during your weekly one hour session:

  1. Firstly I assist you build dreams in your conscious and subconscious mind. Most people are stuck or not achieving their best because they have allowed family, work colleagues, partners or society to slowly condition them to settle for second best and fear the risk of change. The "comfort zone" is a rut and a rut is nothing more than a grave with both ends kicked out.
  2. The next thing is to calibrate your current personal growth in 30 different areas such as confidence, motivation, judgement, persistence, understanding of self, etc. From this point, each week, we record and monitor the incremental changes that over the 12 weeks produce a major shift in your thinking.
  3. We'll go through a process of self assessment and self discovery, where you can honestly look at your current reality without fear of judgement or criticism.
  4. In your subconscious lies an individual and complex set of values you use to measure your sense of achievement and fulfilment. Through various questioning techniques we discover what those values are, the belief behind them and the individual rules you've set up. After this process your clarity in decision making will change forever and the quality and focus of your goals will be greatly enhanced.
  5. Now understanding your current reality and what is genuinely important to you, we build a picture of where your future lies and identify the priorities that will move you towards your desires and dreams.
  6. People and programs lack permanent results in goal planning because they lose focus or motivation. Because we spend essential time in building the right foundations, our next steps in simple goal planning, ensures you see immediate results that continue through to completion. The step by step strategy is realistic, specific and achievable.
  7. Accountability and deadlines are powerful dynamics we use each week to create the achievements you want and deal with procrastination.
  8. Research has demonstrated it takes 21 days to build or change a habit. You will see this in your own experience as things you've struggled to do on a regular basis become automatic.

You could read all the self help books, listen to all the tapes, go to all the seminars and sit with hundreds or thousands of people, trying to understand the keys and secrets of personal growth...but as your coach we'll work together to create a personal development program custom designed for you that will change your life on a permanent and long term basis.
